Urban Sessions #1 feat. Shigga Shay
A new, monthly music series featuring homegrown acts by the people at JUICE, Invasion Singapore, and Refuge, Urban Sessions is one of the few places you’ll be able to listen to exclusive, new material from each local musician. And for their debut, Urban Sessions is hosting Shigga Shay’s album release party! Affectionately known as Lion City Kia, Shigga Shay is loud and proud about Singapore life and identity in his swaggering, clever, Singlish-laden music. We hear they’re serving complimentary drinks from 8-9pm at the party too!
Urban Sessions #1 will take place at Refuge on 19 Aug, with doors opening at 7.30pm. Admission requires an invite, so RSVP here before midnight, 18 Aug.
