Old Skool Flavas Pop-Up by 5th Quarter x FRESH

The Old Skool Flavas pop-up is a collaboration between Chef Drew Nocente of contemporary grill restaurant, 5th Quarter (opening in September) and FRESH, a laidback bar, located on the second floor of The Sultan Hotel. Chef Drew and his team will be serving up classic, mouth-watering old school snacks off the classic drum barrel barbeque, with highlights such as Grilled Corn ($4), Bourbon Jerky ($5), Steak & Beans ($15) and a ‘F Yeah!’ Sausage Sizzle($10) on the menu.
On the FRESH side, the boys will be serving locally-inspired Tiki cocktails ($10) as well as beer, wine and champagne. Oh, and head-bobbing music of the 90s and early 00s will be spinning to round up the Old Skool experience!
This event takes place at FRESH on the 23rd of August, from 11am-6pm.
