THE MAN
Laurent Bernard is a prominent French artisan and chocolatier with over 20 years of culinary experience around the world. He opened his first café in Singapore in 2006, in a charming and cosy spot in the heart of the city. It quickly gained popularity for its chocolate souffle and other signature ingredients. Laurent Bernard Chocolatier quickly grew over the years and has won numerous accolades as the best chocolatier brand in Singapore. The success of Laurent Bernard Chocolatier brand is due to the passion and commitment of the chef himself. Each indulgent piece of chocolate is painstakingly developed and moulded with love and creativity. Laurent is engaged to encourage farmers and producers to produce ingredients, which are healthy and done in a way that is respectful of the environment. He continues to oversee all operations of his outlets and to further push the boundaries of his craft.
A Week With Rémy Martin
A Week With Rémy Martin is a seven-day long inaugural celebration for all things related to the French premium Cognac. Held from 29 August to 4 September 2015, the event will see some of the best bars in Singapore open their doors for exclusive and specially curated sessions that showcase the various tastes and flavours of Rémy Martin Fine Champagne Cognac.
