Fresh fruit! Flavourful syrups! Children’s toys as garnish! Have your world turned upside down as Naz imparts his “freestyle bartending” techniques to you in this masterclass where you will have your fill of fun and cocktails.
THE MAN
Naz Arjuna is known for his very unorthodox approach in making cocktails and as a ‘freestyle bartender’ in the local bar scene. The head barman of Bitters & Love, he is not bound by one particular form and is always learning new techniques, adapting them to create his own unique style. Some quirky ingredients used in his cocktails include kaya jam, local tea and durian, the king of fruit. Nominated as Singapore’s Top 25 Bartenders for two consecutive years in 2014 and 2015, Naz has garnered many accolades including first runner-up in the Mount Gay Storied Cocktail Competition in 2014.
