KU DÉ TA Restaurant honours all administrative professionals from
21 April to 25 April 2014 with a complimentary glass of Louis Roederer with every purchase of the
luxurious Zeitaku Bento ($78++).
Served on weekdays from 12pm to 2.30pm, lunch at KU DÉ TA Restaurant is a sophisticated yet straightforward affair fit for all occasions from a casual lunch with friends to formal business engagements for organisations.
Executive Chef Frederic Faucheux keeps the menu current and fresh by introducing new dishes almost every fortnightly giving our guests the best ingredients from the season. Guests can choose to have a quick bento lunch (choice of classic bento or deluxe bento set) with the appetisers and main course served together followed by a plated dessert or enjoy a leisurely lunch with the Lunch Tasting Menu where guests can sample
the stellar dishes from the A La Carte Menu.
