Some of the best cupcakes in Singapore can be found at the unassuming kiosk in the basement of Paragon that Chalk Farm is. There’s only a teeny tiny sit down area though so this is more the place to get your sweet fix on go. The selection may be limited but the emphasis here is on quality, not quantity.
