The first Sunday every month, this Sundowner event completes your weekend with reggae on The Rooftop, Carribbean inspired food and drinks. Every month features special guest sound systems and artists, alongside our resident Singapura Dub Club DJ’s. Let the island music of Dub, Roots and Lover’s rock take you away from the city during sunset, and make room for the vibes to turn up with Dancehall, Steppas and Bass music flavors coming into the mix after Sundown.

Ras Muhamad – Duta Reggae Indonesia (Indonesian Reggae Ambassador)
With the release of 2007’s ‘Reggae Ambassador’, Ras Muhamad broke new frontiers by premiering & introducing the 1st Dancehall Reggae sound to the Southeast Asian market. Hailing from Indonesia, Ras Muhamad is a representative & an ambassador for his country’s Reggae music. It is one of his missions to accomplish & establish an international relationship between Reggae artists worldwide… from Jamaica to Indonesia.
With a strong musical background & knowledge that he learned during his decade-long stay in New York City, ‘the Ras’ wants Indonesian music…specifically its urban music to be exposed to its neighbouring countries & be equally respected by the western hemisphere.
Asia-Afrika Soundsystem
Fascinated with reggae culture, Selector LionRock & Ras Muhamad joined forces in 2008, Forming Asia-Afrika Soundsystem. The group seek to introduce Indonesia to an authentic soundsystem, the traditional Jamaican selector & toaster pairing, which is one of the fundamental models of modern day DJ & MC. Spinning everything from ska, rocksteady,dub,roots, LionRock plays a selection of cuts while Ras Muhamad interacts with crowd vocally. The group’s catalogue immense and their performance animated, taking audience on an excursion through the colorful world of reggae.
