JACK’S HIT returns for its fifth instalment, and one gig away from its finale, with three pioneers of Singapore’s electronic music scene under one Loof. On the roster we have the first-lady of breakbeat Jean Reiki, alongside one of the pioneers of drum and bass Zul Othman, and the forefather of electronic music, Dean Chew aka Funk Bast*rd. Individually, they are leaders in their own right with Reiki leading her Datdatdat nights, Zul and his long-staying Subvert sessions, and Dean with his inspiring label Darker Than Wax. Together, the trio are all geared to take you through decades of discerning music. All for tomorrow’s future. And they’ll be jacking while at it.
