Giveaways and Competitions When you enter a giveaway or competition hosted by Multikulti Pte Ltd, your entry data is collected and processed by us and by SweepWidget, our giveaway platform provider. SweepWidget processes data in the United States. By entering a giveaway, you agree to the use of your data for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, selecting and notifying winners, and fulfilling prizes.
Optional social media actions (such as following accounts on Instagram) are completed directly on those platforms and are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not receive your social media credentials or passwords.
Winner names may be published or disclosed upon request in accordance with our giveaway Terms and Conditions.
12. Data Security We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no system or transmission over the internet is completely secure. By using our website, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
