This year, Fairmont Singapore returns with two new flavours in the form of seductive snowskins and traditional baked beauties. Decked in a rose-tinted snowskin, the Mini Salted Egg Caramel ($68 for eight) features a harmonious blend of sweet and salty flavours infused into a smooth, sweet chocolate filling. Also making its debut is the Baked Plum and Figs Mooncake ($68 for four), comprising nutritious plums and figs that are cocooned in white lotus paste.

For glossy golden-hued delights, Imperial Treasure’s artisanal mooncakes are simply filled with yummy lotus paste and salted egg yolks – just like in the old days.
