Singapore’s most important celebration of the visual arts returns in January 2016! Offering a myriad of quality art experiences over nine days, from blockbuster art fairs and exciting gallery openings, to special exhibitions, art tours and enriching discussions, Singapore Art Week 2016 promises art enthusiasts and visitors alike the opportunity to enjoy the 9 days of Singapore, regional and international art.
A highlight is Art Stage Singapore from 21- 24 Jan, where guests can look forward to a strong showing by 173 galleries from 34 countries at the sixth edition of Southeast Asia’s flagship art fair, including a multimedia installation celebrating the 100th anniversary of Dadaism in 2016. Other notable highlights include the Prudential Eye Awards, Aliwal Urban Arts Festival, Art After Dark @ Gillman Barracks, 20th Anniversary & Late Nights @ SAM, and Cabinet of Curiosities and Legacies exhibitions @ Singapore
