The Local People X Chinatown HUART Market

The Local People is back with their latest market! Prance up and down Pagoda Street this Friday and Saturday to find 40 exciting art, food and retail vendors this Chinese New Year.
For this event, The Local People will be screening local movies—Already Famous, 3 Peas In A Pod—on bare walls and putting up live art installations. A series of musicians such as Jean Goh Seizure, Mikaela Daniella and Ash Rahim will be entertaining you throughout both days.
As with any market by The Local People, the main highlights are the vendors like The Lab serving up hot tacos and burgers, printed tote bags, jewellery, and other locally made wares.
The Local People X Chinatown Business Association Huat Art Market is happening on 19 & 20 February 2016 at Pagoda Street, Chinatown from 3pm to 10pm. For more details, check out the event page here.
