The festival features an exciting line-up of multi-cultural street food from various Bib Gourmand eateries as well as all 15 establishments recognised in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2018, all under one roof. It’s the perfect opportunity for gourmands to savour these established delights in one simple and easy seating!
With dishes starting at the affordable price of $3, diners are sure to enjoy their time sinking their teeth into iconic local favourites like the legendary Bak Chor Mee from Tai Wah Pork Noodle, newly listed with a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2018, the golden brown curry puffs from Rolina Traditional Hainanese Curry Puff, the signature steamed rice cakes with palm sugar from Traditional Haig Road Putu Piring, and more.
Gourmands will also be delighted by the offerings of new additions to the line-up, including the wildly popular, modern Australian wood-fired grill joint, Burnt Ends, which earned its first Michelin star in 2018; Sichuan restaurant Shisen Hanten, which marks its third year as the only two-Michelin-starred Chinese establishment in Singapore, as well as Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee Toritama Shirokane, renowned for its chicken yakitori skewers.
A one-stop shop to enjoy the eclectic mix of hawker foods and finer dining that Singapore has to offer, standard tickets (priced at S$30) come loaded with S$27 worth of credits and a bottle of Evian or Badoit. VIP ticket holders – slots are limited to 88 seats per session – are entitled to exclusive VIP seating and a glass of wine and beer, a bottle of Evian and Badoit, and a portion of food from all stalls at the festival.
