The White Rabbit Celebrates a Decade of Delight

Fat Belly Fires Up an Alternative Steak Experience
Instead of using traditional sirloin and tenderloin cuts, Fat Belly looks to introduce diners to lesser-known cuts that don’t compromise on tenderness and flavour. Start with three hors d’oeuvres including the sizzling hot Wagyu Intercoastal Skewer before moving on to the Grilled Wagyu Tri-Tip that steals the spotlight as a main. Your dessert plate is served with a satisfying Molten Chocolate Lava Cake with a raspberry filling, served with fresh vanilla cinnamon gelato.

Neon Pigeon Launches New Artisanal Cocktail Menu
Pushing the limits of mixology, Neon Pigeon transforms traditional cocktails into their own daring interpretations of classics. With eighteen new inventive concoctions, the refreshing Is It A Margarita ($22) is an essential, with a wonderful blend of tequila and sake, mixed with Suze for a delightful herbal aftertaste. In contrast, the Not Classic ($19) takes a step towards cold brew coffee, with cinnamon wood smoke, coffee liqueur and chocolate bitters infused for a more intense flavour. Other absorbing creations include the zesty Citrus (S$21) and the bold Wasabi Drop (S$19).

Four Hands Collaboration: Origin Grill X Brazil MasterChef Winner Pablo Oazen
From 10 to 14 September 2018, join MasterChef Brazil Professionals 2017 winner, Chef Pablo, as he cooks up a quality-driven menu along with Origin Grill’s Chef Heidi Flanagan. With ingredients sourced both locally and internationally, choose from a set lunch menu by Chef Pablo and a 5-course collaborative dinner menu with Chef Heidi. From Green Apple Cannelloni with oyster, cucumber and coriander to Moqueado fish with banana and Brazilian hearts of Palma, you’ll definitely notice the brilliant techniques Chef Pablo uses that pays homage to his home country. The set lunch is priced at $54++ for two courses and $74++ for three courses; the 5-course dinner is priced at $178++.
