Tropical Tipples at DON HO
Playing up its social kitchen and bar concept, DON HO has introduced their Tiny Bubbles Bar. Lined with tropical green wallpaper and woven chairs, the Tiny Bubbles Bar serves a curated selection of champagnes, sparkling wines, and fizzy cocktails. With a happy hour that run 4pm-7pm Wednesdays to Fridays, kick back and relax with S$12++ cocktails, housepours, or even a bottle of Veuve Clicquot (S$98++). A pairing of hearty Beef Short Ribs (S$42), served with chimichurri and tahini yoghurt, or Crispy Eggplant (S$16) with these bubbles proves that life truly is better in the Tropics.

A Gin-spired Spring with VUE x Roku Gin
Spring in Japan is like no other – and VUE‘s latest collaboration with Roku Gin channels the Japanese springtime right here in Singapore. Head up to VUE to enjoy six gin cocktails with a view of Marina Bay. The Sen’Nohana (S$26) is a floral and flavourful mix of Roku gin, butterfly pea syrup and limoncello, which looks just as pretty as the rooftop bar. If you’re a stickler for tradition, the Roku Gin & Tonic (S$22) is a classic G&T served with a herbaceous Fever Tree Indian Tonic.

Min Jiang at Dempsey Creates Exclusive Anniversary Menu
In celebration of its second anniversary opening at Dempsey Hill, Min Jiang Restaurant has launched an exclusive Anniversary Menu, specially curated by Master Chef Goh Chee Kong. Featuring Min Jiang Dempsey’s most popular Cantonese and Sichuan dishes, highlights include their Crispy Ibérico ‘Char Siew’ (S$38++ ), marinated for six hours in a mixture of red fermented bean curd and torched until the skin is caramelised, and Braised ‘Ma Po’ Tofu and Irish Duck topped with Puff Pastry ($18++), stuffed into a puff pastry and doused with ‘ma po’ tofu sauce.
