For all those tipple lovers out there, you won’t be left out with the launch of Exsto Cognac and Escape Lounge’s new happy hour.
Exsto Cognac makes global debut in Singapore
Spirit enthusiasts in Singapore will be in for a treat as they experience Exsto Cognac for the first time ever. Hailing from France and created in collaboration with Julie Dupouy (World’s Best Female Sommelier in 2016), Sabrina Duong, and master-blender Géraud Vallantin-Dulac, no one can now say that cognac is simply an “old man’s drink”. Try Exsto Cognac Elixir (RRP $688), richly scented with caramel au beurre and a bite of bitter oak, or the Exsto Cognac Or Impérial (RRP $2,888), for a fruitier alternative. With only 888 bottles obtainable worldwide, this particular blend brings a whole new meaning to exclusivity.

Usher in the Season of Spring with V Dining
Luxuriate in a Modern European fine dining experience with V-ZUG’s V Dining. Tuck into new seasonal creations crafted by Head Chef Lee Jing Peng and Chef Ryan Clift with starters like Hamachi Tartare, complemented with pickled cucumber and daikon, as well as crispy shiso tempura for an added crunch. Follow up with a succulent Beef Cheek, then complete your meal with The Plum, a dessert to win every sweet-tooth with its fruity flavour and vibrant aesthetics.
The Chef Selects is priced at $48++ for two courses, $60++ for three courses, and $90++ for five courses during lunch. In the evening, diners are introduced to the four-course ($138++) and six-course ($168++) menus that can be paired alongside wine.

Spend your After Hours at Escape Lounge
Be sure to leave your vehicle at home as you drink to your heart’s content with Escape Lounge’s Drink-All-You-Can liquid buffet. Priced at $35++ per person, take your pick of house wines and beers alongside a bar grub such as the Cheesy Truffle Fries or Breaded Oysters. Then, there’s also the 1-for-1 deals: $12++ for beers and $15++ for wines like the 2016 Bodegas Tobia ‘Vina Tobia’ Tinto Tempranillo. The best part? Happy hour occurs every single day!

If you haven’t been to ArtScience Museum’s Wonderland exhibition, no fret as you can embrace your inner Alice at the swanky Renku Bar & Lounge. Noted for their signature Marina Pearls and Durian Lapis tea blends, diners can now indulge in fairytale-themed treats like the Passion Mango Tart and Dark Chocolate Praline Mousse Cake, modelled after the Mad Hatter’s hat. The desserts are presented on a gueridon trolley, so don’t forget your tea-time etiquette and extend your pinky up.

Blue Lotus Launches New Menu
Want to get a taste of Blue Lotus’s trademark Chilli Pomelo Crab dishes? Thankfully, they’re finally within easy reach for office workers and city dwellers in the CBD. With novel dishes released at their Tanjong Pagar outlet, diners can look forward to the hickory-smoked Honey-glazed Kurobuta Pork Ribs ($24) and Crispy Fried Salmon Skin with salted egg yolk and lime zest ($16). For charred perfection, opt for either the Five Spices Australian Baby Lamb Rack or 240g Claypot Assam Curry featuring Kuhlbarra’s yummy barramundis.
