Singapore International Festival of Arts‘ (SIFA) Singular Screens has always been about showcasing the best and boldest voices in the world of film, and they’re not letting the pandemic get in the way of that. Social distancing measures at live screenings aside, some of the films are also available on-demand to enjoy at home. This week, the surrealist science fiction tale Last and First Men (2020) by Jóhann Jóhannsson and MatÃas Piñeiro‘s Shakespeare-inspired Isabella (2020).

Art Inspires Art At The National Gallery

A specially-curated repertoire of classical and self-composed pieces will be played on the theremin, a magical electronic musical instrument played by moving your hands in air. Can’t catch this unique show live? It’ll continue to be available on the National Gallery‘s YouTube channel.
Resonates With featuring Ng Chor Guan will be streaming here on 26 September 2020 at 2.30pm. The show will be available here following the livestream.
