Tippling Club Launches New Cocktail Menu
Classical French cuisine is the inspiration behind Tippling Club’s new cocktail menu, titled A Guide to Modern Drinking. Conceptualized and concocted by chef-owner Ryan Clift and head bartender Andrew Loudon, the 12 cocktails pay homage to August Escoffier, who gained worldwide recognition in 1880 with his involvement with the newly opened Savoy Hotel. Just like how Escoffier radically simplified French cuisine by advocating the use of seasonal ingredients, Tippling Club has designed a tipple-worthy tribute to every dish. Savour the fragrance of popcorns and orange blossoms in the White Truffles and Winter, or the sweetness of honey and figs in the Bombe Glacée as the Tippling Club brings you on a sensorial journey into the world of Escoffier.
A Guide to Modern Drinking is available at Tippling Club, 38 Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088461, p. +65 6475 2217. Open Mon-Sat 12pm – 12am.
