Asian Market Café
Asian Market Café offers diners with an eclectic buffet of pan Asian delicacies and a heavy dose of fresh seafood, from now till 2 December 2018. Besides having your fill of fresh sashimi in their Japanese corner or personalising your very own prata, diners can look forward to chilled crustaceans on ice including black mussels, tiger prawns, half-shell scallops, and fresh oysters on the weekend. There’s also a Bakar-Bakar live station doling out freshly grilled otak otak, fish, and squid with sambal belacan. Diners are spoilt for choice at Carousel, located in Royal Plaza on Scotts. Various cuisines can be found within its opulent spread, where even the pickiest of eaters are sure to find something to please their palette. Meat lovers will enjoy their series of Mediterranean dishes, or you can opt for something fancier in their spread of French cuisine. Those with a sweet tooth are in for a definite treat. Carousel has four stations exclusively for dessert, which includes three fondue fountains: chocolate, matcha, and strawberry.

Located at Furama Riverfront hotel, Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant’s buffet and a la carte menu offer an assortment of traditional Balinese and Indonesian fusion fare. Enjoy Gulai Betis Danging Kambing, which is lamb shank stewed in a blend of traditional spices, amidst their spacious interior. Probably one of the more underrated buffets in Singapore, Katong Kitchen is the rising star of worth-it buffets. While it’s not the most central, being located in the East at Village Hotel Katong, its array of traditional Peranakan cuisine makes the trip more than worth it. Centred around the theme of the ocean, Aquamarine boasts of fresh seafood and sashimi. But the quality of their buffet spread is not simply limited to Alaskan King Crab Legs and Canadian Oysters. They also serve quality cuts of Wagyu Beef and Lamb Shanks, along with Asian cuisine such as Dim Sum, Durian Pengat, and Assam Fish Head Curry. Tucked away at the corners of Yishun lies a hidden Gem called Royal Palm. A restaurant that promises a warm dining experience filled with an assortment of cuisines. Specializing in local delights, their menu boasts of the ever classic Chilli Crab, Tandoori Chicken, and Fish Head Curry.
