Yan Ting

Embrace an auspicious Lunar New Year with refined Cantonese delights at Yan Ting, in The St. Regis Singapore. Select the Prosperity Yu Sheng with Ten-Head Abalone (S$118/$298+) for optimum indulgence, while the vegetarian Sea Coconut (S$68/$78+) alternative comes just as exquisite. Highlights of their gourmet takeaways also include the fork-tender Braised Duck with Black Fungus and Sea Cucumber (S$88+), and, while it may not be Year of the Boar, we suggest going the whole hog with a decadent Chinese New Year Pun Choy (S$488+) brimming with premium abalone, roast duck, pork shank and black moss, simmered in deeply flavoursome broth.
