Singapore-borne Caviar Colony has announced a partnership with Dom Pérignon, bringing together ethically-raised sturgeon caviar – from rare Kaluga to a unique Russian Hybrid –  with prestige champagne. Expect five new snacks off the caviar bar in a specially created menu by Head Chef Matteo Ponti, including the classic pairing of scrambled eggs on pan brioche, topped with caviar and chopped chives, and Draniki, a potato and onion pancake topped with caviar, stracciatella cheese, and kelp powder.

BEERger Mondays at The Guild

For the 13th and 20th of January, chase the Monday blues away with The Guild’s BEERger Mondays. Experience the mind-blowing combination that is Head Chef Alton Huang’s savoury Guild Burger (U.P S$26++) and a pint of Young Master Ale’s core beers (U.P. S$16-$$17++) for just S$20++. Stacked tall with a 160g Australian grass-fed beef patty, nutty Irish Cheddar and sweet caramelised onions, this burger’s best washed down with a malty Classic Pale Ale, Contemporary Pilsner, or, if your tastes skew for the sour, the lip-puckering good Cha Chaan Teng Gose.
