PUBLISHED April 17th, 2019 08:00 am | UPDATED August 28th, 2019 08:06 am
Continue embracing the colours and flavours of spring as you revel in seasonal gourmet pleasures this week. It’s nothing short of stimulating with new menus from Preludio and Black Tap. That’s not all for the ladies, though. Take time to unwind and recharge alongside your girlfriends at Lulu Lounge’s new Ladies’ Night.
A Season of New Introductions at Preludio
With a yearlong monochrome theme, Preludio’s spring creations are, unsurprisingly also in black and white. Showcasing an assortment of artisanal dishes, the lunch menu features Hot Springs, where white asparagus spears are accompanied by roasted girolle mushrooms, chive blossoms, hazelnut powder and black truffle shavings. Refresh the palate with a classic, and oh-so-refreshing Bloody Mary. For those who would like to skip the alcohol, non-alcoholic and spirit-free beverages are available as well.
Preludio is located at 182 Cecil Street, Frasers Towers #03-01/02, Singapore 069547, p. +65 6904 5686, e. [email protected]. Opens for lunch 11.30am to 2.30pm from Mondays to Fridays, and dinner 6pm to 10pm from Mondays to Saturdays. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
