A Japan-Inspired Geisha High Tea by Janice Wong
Celebrated dessert chef Janice Wong is back with her newest high tea offering Geisha: A woman of the arts (S$45++). Enjoy the quintessential flavours of Japan with items like Kakigori Kinkan Vanilla Cream, Temari Sushi, the ever-Instagrammable Raindrop Cake and more. For an interactive touch, you even get to prepare your own dango (rice flour dumplings on a skewer) over a little table-sized grill. We’re certainly ready to live our best geisha life with these delicious treats.

Oxwell & Clan Launches New Menu
Oxwell & Co’s festive pop-up at Straits Clan’s Clan Cafe was exceedingly well received, so Oxwell & Clan is here to stay (for now)! Look forward to a reinvigorated menu by new Straits Clan Clubhouse Executive Chef Reuben Davis. Highlights include the homely Oxwell & Clan Chicken Curry and Apple Crumble. For something extra fun, their weekend Brunch and Beats offers up unlimited pours of Bloody Mary’s, beer, wine, champagne, and a set menu of Oxwell favourites.

Preludio Launches Chapter Three: Two Roads
Cecil Street fine-dining concept Preludio takes its gastronomic creativity to new heights with the next chapter of their culinary journey – Two Roads. As the name suggests, diners will be given a choice between two dining experiences — Capture, where Chef Fernando aims to minimalistically capture the essence of an ingredient, and Release, where the chef releases all possibilities and brings produce to its full potential. Bedrock Bar & Grill Kicks Off 2021 With The World Meat Series
Recently crowned “Best Steakhouse in Asia” in 2020 by Haute Grandeur Global Excellence Awards, Bedrock Bar & Grill brings back the fifth edition of its signature World Meat Series. Meat lovers will get to experience premium meats from different parts of the world, and this time, our destination is Yamaguchi, Japan. Taste the famed Yamaguchi Aged wagyu beef from Jukuho Farm in dishes like the Bone Marrow Tartare (S$36++) and Woodfire Grilled Fullbloood Aged Wagyu Striploin (S$148++).

Each of these rums boasts a unique flavour profile, from the full-bodied but clean white rum that is Professional Edition A to the Cuban terroir-inspired Professional Edition D.
