$100Gourmet: Chimkit Khamphuang X Henrik Yde at Patara Fine Thai Cuisine

For the last month of the year, $100Gourmet celebrates their Asian roots with celebrated Asian cuisine chef, 1-Michelin-starred Chef Henrik Yde of Kiin Kiin from Copenhagen. The chef hosting is one of Singapore’s finest interpreters of Asian cuisine – Chef Lisa of Patara Fine Thai Cuisine. There will be sparks of excitement as highly individualistic styles and visions come together within the arena of Asian fine cooking.
In the pairing of Chef Henrik and Chef Lisa, we will see the classic dichotomy of avant-gardism and traditionalism. Chef Henrik – for his groundbreaking creations that challenge preconceptions about Thai cooking – will meet Chef Lisa, a respected master of traditional Thai cooking, espousing the elegant delights of Thai cuisine. The creative outcome of this contrasting pairing will set the taste buds of any gourmand alight.
$100Gourmet: Chimkit Khamphuang X Henrik Yde at Patara Fine Thai Cuisine is happening from 9 December to 12 December 2015 at Patara Fine Thai Cuisine.
