Pop-up dining experience curators, 4XFOUR, returns this year with Michelin star calibre from 28 October to 20 November 2015 at 39 Harding Road. Each of the 4 chefs will present their menu in a customised venue which will mirror the magic and enchantment of a ‘Mid-autumn’s Night Dream’ setting.
Chef Claude’s Hibiscus has been impressing diners for years. He draws inspiration from around the world combining flavours with a signature elegance and finesse built around the produce of the seasons.
