4XFOUR: Paco Morales

Pop-up dining experience curators, 4XFOUR, returns this year with Michelin star calibre from 28 October to 20 November 2015 at 39 Harding Road. Each of the 4 chefs will present their menu in a customised venue which will mirror the magic and enchantment of a ‘Mid-autumn’s Night Dream’ setting.

One Michelin star chef and a recipient of the best 21st Century chef under 30 (awarded by the Royal Gastronomic Academy), Paco Morales is known for his daring fusion of Spanish and Andalusian cuisine. He takes influences from ancient tribal fare such as Celtic, Tartessian, and Phoenician cuisines while offering avant-garde creations with local produce. He believes in treating his food through cooking techniques that are unique to the Mediterranean region.
