Pop-up dining experience curators, 4XFOUR, returns this year with Michelin star calibre from 28 October to 20 November 2015 at 39 Harding Road. Each of the 4 chefs will present their menu in a customised venue which will mirror the magic and enchantment of a ‘Mid-autumn’s Night Dream’ setting.
Davide Scabin has been long regarded as one of Italy’s most celebrated chefs. Modernising Italian cuisine with bringing fresh, new technique, Davide combines adventure and theatricality to deliver a truly unique gastronomic experience, and his distinctive style often incorporates experimentation with ingredients, textures and temperatures, dishing out his reinterpretations of classic regional fares.
