As part of The ICON Series, which pays tribute to local musicians, singer-songwriter and 2005 Cultural Medallion recipient Dick Lee will share his trials and jubilations through songs and stories through a musical life journey. Spanning four decades, the concert brings you through his teenage years when he took part in the Redifussion Talentime, his first album ‘Life Story’ in 1974, his breaking into the Japan market, his collaboration with Hong Kong artistes such as Sandy Lam and Jackie Cheung, his foray into musicals like Beauty World and Nagraland, up till the modern era of unique Singapore songs, like Home and Our Singapore.

Back by popular demand; party with four of CE LA VI’s young lions as they present a night of revelry in celebration of the Olympic season (congrats Joseph Schooling!). This is the ultimate star-studded night with the club’s resident DJs taking the decks: DJ YA5TH, DJ Suren, DJ Deepak and DJ Andrew T. The theme for the night? Winning Club Hits, Dance and Top 40s music!

Singapore Night Festival 2016

Watch as Singapore’s vibrant arts and heritage district transforms into an imaginative wonderland by night at the ninth edition of Singapore Night Festival. This year, science fiction and fantasy intertwine in mind-blowing performances and light displays, featuring an exciting line-up of immersive activities that include the House of Curiosities interactive performance, 14 spectacular light art installations, a Festival Village with culinary delights, live music, a local crafts fair, and the iconic Bloc Party on Armenian street. Singapore Craft Beer Week

For eight days from this Saturday, restaurants, bars, and pubs all around the island will be hosting craft beer related events and promotions to celebrate the third Singapore Craft Beer Week. There’s going to be lots going on, as Paulaner Bräuhaus celebrates it’s 20th birthday and throws it doors open for public tours, while Singapore’s biggest microbrewery Archipelago Brewery turns 10 years old with a big party on Circular Road. A few streets down, Smith Street Taps will play host to a ‘Tap Takeover’ from visiting brewers.

Farmers Market at Gillman Barracks

Celebrate all things fresh and local as the circus comes to Red Baron at Gillman Barracks, supported by the live music of MARS and Izat & Vishie. Meet your local farmers and growers for a sunny morning of grub, produce, and good ol’ conversation at this street market, alongside some community arts events such as Woodworking and Silkscreen Printing. Vendors at the market include Ah Hua Kelong, Microgreensg, The Seeds Master, Foodscape Collection, and Selva Foods.
