A selection of the most progressive chefs and restaurateurs from across the world come together in Singapore at Asia’s most important culinary summit to tackle the challenges of the contemporary gastronomic sphere. A globally recognised line-up of leaders will explore ideas of modernity and cultural identity, discuss the tension between tradition and innovation and debate the future of the avant-garde, creating a vision for our future dining in the process. The Summit includes talks, tastings, short films and live debates, all followed by a welcome post-event cocktail party. New Modern – 2015 and Beyond is happening on Sunday, 8 March from 1pm to 6.30pm at 72-13. Tickets are priced at $280 per person.
