Kimono Kollab
Kimono Kollab is a creative project that showcases the beauty of Kimonos. Aghast that these culturally significant clothings were being tossed away in her native Japan, Noriko Collins decided that enough was enough. Gathering a team of high-end designers, she created a showcase for these forgotten garments to be re-designed and remade. Back in its second edition, this savvy exhibition will be selling reborn editions of vintage and pre-worn Kimonos designed by the likes of Thomas Wee, Vik Lim and many more!
Kimono Kollab is happening from Wednesday, 21st January to Tuesday, 3rd February from 10am to 9.30pm at Takashimaya Level 3.
