An Uni and Sake Tasting Dinner with Sorrel

Everyone loves Uni but not everyone knows the different types of Uni and just how different they taste. Through this dinner collaboration between Zairyo (an online supplier of Uni) and Sorrel, kick-start your educational and delectable journey on Uni and the various taste profiles that come from different types. There is also an additional option of learning and appreciating how to choose the right Sake to pair with Uni.

Diners can expect to try out the different types of Uni air-flown from Japan, prepared by Sorrel.

Uni Tasting Dinner will be held on Saturday, 24 October 2015 at 7pm. Prices are $165++ (without Sake pairing) and $245++ (with Sake pairing). For reservations, please call 6221 1911 or book online at Sorrel.
