National Design Centre

All things design converge at the National Design Centre. Located amidst the artsy-culture hub that is the Bugis-Bras Basah Area, the National Design Centre is where designers and business congregate to exchange ideas and conduct business.

Through a variety of exhibtions and large scale events, such as the ongoing Singapore Good Design Mark Exhibition for SG50 and Singapore Design Week, the National Design Centre aims to promote innovation in design in this fast-paced and idea-driven country. In case the exhibitions and masterclass workshops aren’t enough to satisfy the minds of fellow design junkies, there’s even design shop onsite.

Admission to the National Design Centre is free.

When Joel’s not partaking in one of his shameless eating sessions, he likes to think of himself as a sponge – absorbing the mysteries and beauty of our world – be it through a good book or a wacky jaunt in a foreign country.
