After previous stints in Changi Village and Lavender, the seafood-based Haha Thai has opened its doors in upmarket Takashimaya. Their dishes come with a local twist, which caters to the Singaporean palate. While prices are steeper than average for mall restaurants, the food here is way better than most Thai chain restaurants.
