At Sofitel Singapore Sentosa’s 218-seater Kwee Zeen, celebrate Easter with its well-loved Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch, present a luxurious epicurean spread of Fresh Crustaceans, Fromage & Chacuterie, Local Classics and Live Stations of a la minute delicacies.
To top off the extravagance, French heritage will take centerstage with traditional Easter delights such as a selection of dishes like Lamb croquette with Raspberry Jam and Rosemary and Garlic Lamb Chops to mark this joyous occasion.Â

A decadent sweet treat, Yogurt & White chocolate Morbida, will round up your four-course Easter brunch.

Back on the mainland in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, Sofitel So’s Xperience restaurant, helmed by Head Culinary Designer, Chef Trevor Paulo, will showcase a semi-buffet of exquisite treats such as Traditional Easter Bread and Bunny Cookies, Roasted Beetroot and Prawn Cocktail, and a decadent choice of Lamb Neck Confit, Baked Seabass and Wild Mushroom Risotto.
