At Sofitel Singapore Sentosa’s 218-seater Kwee Zeen, celebrate Easter with its well-loved Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch, present a luxurious epicurean spread of Fresh Crustaceans, Fromage & Chacuterie, Local Classics and Live Stations of a la minute delicacies.

To top off the extravagance, French heritage will take centerstage with traditional Easter delights such as a selection of dishes like Lamb croquette with Raspberry Jam and Rosemary and Garlic Lamb Chops to mark this joyous occasion. 

Other highlights include Crab Profiterole with Spicy Sauce and a selection of Oysters from France, Ireland, Australia and Canada, best paired with the never-ending flow of premium bubbly.

Available from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, and priced at $168++ with free flow Tattinger Champagne, White and Red wine.

At ilLido at the Cliff, enjoy a specially curated four-course brunch, to be enjoyed over gorgeous views of the South China Sea as you tuck into homely Italian favourites like Egg Milanese, Nettle & Cod Ravioli and Roasted Sea Bream. A decadent sweet treat, Yogurt & White chocolate Morbida, will round up your four-course Easter brunch.

Available exclusively $58++ per person, or enjoyed with a glass of Prosecco – for $68++ per person from 12.00pm to 2.30pm.

Back on the mainland in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, Sofitel So’s Xperience restaurant, helmed by Head Culinary Designer, Chef Trevor Paulo, will showcase a semi-buffet of exquisite treats such as Traditional Easter Bread and Bunny Cookies, Roasted Beetroot and Prawn Cocktail, and a decadent choice of Lamb Neck Confit, Baked Seabass and Wild Mushroom Risotto.

Traditional decadent sweets like Easter Chocolate Eggs, White Chocolate Easter Blondie and Crispy Rice Puff Nest with Chocolate Mousse complete this brunch on a sugar-high note at
