GenderMah! : Ultimate Frisbee tournament

In a battle within the sexes, the GenDerMah tournament is Singapore’s very own Ultimate Frisbee tournament where a typically gender-mixed sport will see men versus men (Opens category) and women pit against women (Women’s category). Since its inception in 2010, the annual regional tournament has garnered the likes of not just local but also players from across the region such as Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.
Featuring 14 teams of in the Opens division and 10 teams in Women’s division (with about 15-20 players each team), Singapore’s Ultimate’s National Men (Crackerjacks) and Women’s (SinCity) teams are among competing teams in this year’s GenDerMah. With Shiok, 2013 champions in both the Opens and Women’s categories looking defend their title, this year is staged for a weekend of spectacular display as teams pit against each other for the coveted Champion title.
