Challenge
in

This
grueling
fitness
circuit
challenge
tests
the
strength
and
endurance
of
all
Mo
Bros.
Participants
will
be
able
to
gauge
their
fitness
levels
as
they
compete
for
their
best
scores
accumulated
through
a
point
system.
Mo
Bros
will
be
put
through
a
tenacious
single
circuit
of
Clap
Push‐Ups,
TRX®
rows,
ViPR™
Ice-­‐skaters,
Squats
and
a
1km
run.

Fitness
First
trainers
will
be
on
hand
to
demonstrate
the
moves
prior
to
the
challenge.

The
participant
that
emerges
with
the
highest
points
from
all
16
Fitness
First
clubs
island
wide
will
stand
to
win
a
pair
Spa
Esprit
vouchers
worth
$470
and
one
Fitness
First
personal
training
session
awarded
at
the
Movember
Gala
Party
on
the
28th
of
November
2014

at
Loof.

In
addition,
participants
of
the
Fitness
First
‘Mo’
Fitness
Challenge
will
receive
to
a
Hot
Stone
Massage
at
Spa
Esprit
for
only
$60
(UP
$128.40,
up
to
the
first
250
participants
islandwide).

Results
will
be
displayed
on
a
leader
board
in
all
clubs
to
encourage
participants
to
go
further
and
push
themselves
to
test
their
fitness
levels
