BIODYNAMIC WINE DINNER with Restaurant Ember x KOT Selections

On 5th August, Restaurant Ember is holding a dinner to delight wine lovers. Together with KOT Selections, Ember has paired dishes by Chef Sufian and five lovely wines to showcase the beauty of the Biodynamic system.
Oenophiles will know that the key to biodynamics is considering the vineyard in its entirety as a living system as well as accounting for a wider pattern of lunar and cosmic rhythms that grows the grapes holistically resulting in some remarkable wine products.
Highlighted with Chef Sufian’s signature light and comforting touch to his dishes, guests will be able to enjoy both cuisine and wine at their finest.
