SKIRT unveils a two-day exclusive menu that is dedicated to an elusive, highly marbled product – a 100% pure Black Angus that would offer the kind of qualities demanded by those who reject mediocrity.
Wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs will also get a chance to meet a well-known producer specially invited for the evening, Miguel Torres. Indulge in Spain’s wine heritage in a glass; creatively paired to showcase the versatile palette of Torres wines alongside 5 courses as Miguel shares his notes on the vine.
