Bliss Haven has been around for more than 10 years, selling some of the best muffins in Singapore. Adorably situated amongst other traditional hawker stalls in the Toa Payoh West Market and Food Court, the fragrance coming from the freshly baked goodness can be detected from miles away. These muffins have a delicious crust on the outside and are amazingly fluffy on the inside. They don’t look the prettiest, but they damn sure make up for it with flavour!
