Asia’s top Mandopop outdoor music festival, Spring Wave Music Festival, takes the stage this year on 10 October with a line-up of five rock stars in a six-hour concert featuring heavyweight rock icons from Taiwan. Proudly presented by Tiger Beer, the highly-anticipated music festival will treat music lovers to an electrifying evening with high-energy Mandopop music and refreshing Tiger Beer, within the lush greenery of Fort Canning Green.

Spring Wave 2015 Line Up

Wu Bai and China Blue, performing together to celebrate their 23rd anniversary. Wu Bai, also known as the ”King of Chinese Rock’, has held numerous sold out concerts throughout Asia;

Chang Chen-Yue aka A-Yue, songwriter, singer, guitarist who also crossed over to act in several movies and played to a roaring crowd in last year’s Skechers Sundown Festival;

Luantan Ascent, multi-talented and 6 time Golden Melody Award winning singer, composer, lyricist, producer, Luantan Ascent is known for his mesmerising rough and deep voice;

Buddha Jump, alternative rock band fronted by Malaysian-born singer/song writer Penny Tai known for her famous theme song ‘Ni Yao De Ai’ (The Love You Want) featured in popular Taiwanese drama series, Meteor Garden. The band recently picked up the Best Band award at the 26th Golden Melody Awards in Taipei.

Auntie Roxy, Having won several music competitions, the up and coming band returns after last year performance at Spring Wave 2014.

‘Singapore is the final stop in our annual festival tour as we bring Mandopop fans together in an outdoor event,’ says Kuang-yuan Shen, music producer and President of Taiwanese event organiser Friendly Dog Entertainment Co., Ltd. ‘This year, fans can look forward to an outstanding rock show with the icons of Taiwan’s music scene featuring their unique styles of rock.’
