As you would have known by now, 11 September 2015 will be a day of significant events! Apart from it being Polling Day in Singapore’s 50th year history, it is also celebrated half way across the globe by Catalans as they commemorate Diada Nacional de Catalunya, also known as Catalan National Day.
Catalunya Singapore commemorates this special occasion on 11 September 2015 with an exclusive Catalunya Pincho Set priced at an irresistible $11++ only. Patrons of the cocktail and tapas bar can snack on the classic Tortilla Aioli Pincho complemented with a glass of Spanish wine of their choice, just like the locals do in the
bars and taverns of Spain! A pincho is a traditional Spanish bar snack that is often accompanied with a piece of bread with a toothpick to hold the various elements of the pincho together. In this Tortilla Aioli Pincho, sink your teeth into the Spanish omelette with generous layers of sliced potatoes, smothered with smooth velvety runny egg and caramelised onions all on top of a slice of bread with fresh tomato rubbed over it. The tortilla is then finished with a drop of aioli and brava sauce.
Each pincho is paired together with your choice of cava, red or white wine from Catalunya’s select list of choice Spanish wines. The Catalunya Pincho Set is available daily only from Catalunya’s cocktail and tapas bar (6.30pm onwards) starting 11 September 2015 for a limited time. It’s a superb deal that no one should miss!
