After the success of our first cocktail workshop in July, we’re collaborating with the good folks at 28 Hong Kong Street for the second edition featuring Agave spirits (Tequila & Mezcal).
Believed to be the gift of the goddess Mayahuel, agave has played a special role in the rituals and celebrations of the people of Mexico for over 1000 years! One of the most complex yet misused spirits, the production and consumption of agave has a beautiful, authentic tradition that is barely known outside of Mexico.
Join the 28 Hong Kong Street team in exploring this misunderstood spirit, taste some authentic, rare expressions of Tequila and Mezcal, and learn how to make some tasty contemporary cocktails.
Session A: 3.30PM – 5PM
Session B: 5.30PM – 7PM
