The folks at Da Shun serve a selection of traditional vegetarian chinese sides, and is very popular for their Chwee Kueh and Chee Cheong Fun. The pickled radish that they use for the Chwee Kueh does not pale in comparison to the non-vegetarian versions of the dish. It is flavorful, crunchy and has an added bonus for not being too salty.
