Dal Zotto Wine Dinner @ Da Paolo

Long gone are the days when Australia was only capable of producing a couple of (usually high alcoholic) styles of wines from one or two known regions. A recent work trip around Victoria has resulted in an absolute gem of a winery finding its way onto the portfolio from one of the most interesting regions in the land, the King Valley. It is all about Italian varietals around these parts, pioneering Italian families having settled there and planting vines back in the 70’s.

These wines are already rocking wine lists in restaurants around town and are sure to open your eyes to the diversity that Australia now offers the wine world. These wines will be paired with delectable dishes like
Seabass Carpaccio, Duck Breast, and Beef Short Rib, so be sure to RSVP as soon as you can as there are very limited places!

The event will take place at Da Paolo Bistro Bar on Wednesday, July 8th from 7:00pm

Price is $98++ per person
