In this exclusive one-night anniversary dinner held at the Salt grill & Sky bar in Singapore – the group’s flagship establishment managed by two of Mangan’s best men, Leighton and Sous Chef Jake Kowalewski – diners can look forward to a stellar dining experience with spectacular sunset views of the city centre.

The evening’s menu, priced at only $199 nett per person, will feature five of the best creations curated from Mangan’s Salt restaurants across Asia (Singapore, Australia, Tokyo, and Jakarta), in which each of the five talented chefs will interprete one of Mangan’s recipes. Paired with Australia’s Penfolds wines and a Salt-exclusive cocktail, “Hibiki 5ive”, this special occasion presented by the top chefs in the group, will mark a new milestone across the entire group of restaurants by Chef-Entrepreneur Luke Mangan.
