Flavours of The Fullerton Heritage

Back by popular demand, The Fullerton Heritage presents the third instalment of the ‘Flavours of The Fullerton Heritage’, a unique dining extravaganza of epicurean delicacies at S$58* per person for dinners within The Fullerton Heritage precinct from 8 to 17 January 2016.

Bringing together the gourmet offerings from five properties that are part of The Fullerton Heritage, namely, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, The Clifford Pier and tenants from One Fullerton and Customs House, the participating outlets form a food trail of sumptuous delights that guests can savour while taking in the juxtaposition of Singapore’s heritage landmarks against the modern city skyline.

Enjoy Italian cuisine at The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, Chinese cuisine at Jade Restaurant or sundowners at Post Bar, all within the iconic Fullerton Hotel. At The Fullerton Bay Hotel, savour French fare at La Brasserie, Asian and Western specialties at The Landing Point, Singaporean favourites at The Clifford Pier or gourmet selections at the stylish rooftop bar, Lantern. Guests can also choose to feast on a hearty meal at The Pelican Seafood Bar & Grill at One Fullerton or opt for seafood at Oyster Bar in Customs House.
