Best known for brunch, Hatched is an egg-inspired, all day breakfast place that remains a popular Sunday hangout. The eggs here are served in many different forms such as boiled, poached, baked, scrambled, on pancakes, on a waffle…you name it, if it’s eggs, they serve it. The food is decent but the major sticking point is the service which seems to struggle with the popularity of the place and so long waits are common.
