Spottly Insider — Hong Kong Cooking Beats with Chef Russell Doctrove of Maximal Concepts & Chef Manel Valero of Kilo Kitchen.
Kilo is thrilled to host Spottly’s first Singapore Spottly Insider event, bringing a cross-city experience to globetrotters and locals alike. In this first instalment, Spottly presents Hong Kong Cooking Beats, a pop-up-style kitchen takeover and a two-night food and music event that brings ex-Restaurant Gordon Ramsay’s Chef Russell Doctrove of Maximal Concepts Hong Kong to work with Chef Manel Valero of Singapore’s Kilo Kitchen.
The event brings restaurant and lifestyle locations from other cities right to your doorstep, without the need to hop on a flight. The event at Kilo Kallang will showcase Chef Russell’s honest and ingredient-focused dishes, taken from his menu at the Hong Kong restaurant Fish & Meat. Think: marinated tuna with compressed watermelons; pineapple glazed lamb shoulder; sea urchin and fresh squid ink linguine; and Sicilian lemon tart, designed to be shared family-style. After dinner, Chef Russell and Chef Manel will move from behind the stoves to behind the decks as they take control of the music at Kilo Lounge for the night, playing their Cooking Beats DJ set for the crowd.

This event takes place at Kilo Kallang on the 9th & 10th September, 6pm to 9pm. Tickets are at S$70++ per person (seven courses of shared plates). For reservations, contact [email protected].
