Since moving from Upper Bukit Timah, the guys behind Raw Kitchen Bar have had great success with KILO. It’s in a super cool location right by the Kallang River – making it a night destination restaurant and many of the dishes from the original menu such as the tuna tartar with mango in fried wanton shells are superb.

Everything about this place is cool in that envious understated way, and it makes for a great date place and an excellent dining experience.
