Add a spiffy decor, an excellent view of Benjasiri Park, plus a library that’ll give bookworms wet dreams, and you’ve got an establishment that spells cool. Sadly however, the plaudits stop there. A failure to live up to standards food-wise is a major drawback, which is disappointing given that KIOSK has the potential to do more.
